When it comes right down to it, at SP Windows we are not just about windows, we are about solving problems. Our sales philosophy is pretty simple – do what’s right. When we show up for an appointment our goal is not to sell a bunch windows. Our goal is to help the customer make a smart decision as it relates to their windows and doors. If this means a less expensive way to fix the windows they have versus installing a replacement window, so be it. It also means not taking shortcuts. For example, when we replace a window sill, we simply don’t just stuff a 2″ x4″ into the opening. We custom mill a new sill, prime it on all six sides and use the best combination of fasteners, glues and adhesives to make the repair last.
